Return of goods
With the wide range of products we offer our customers, it may happen that the product does not fully meet the customer's wishes (inappropriate material, wrong size, etc.). As a buyer, you have the right to return the purchased goods to our address and receive a refund.
For contracts concluded at a distance or outside business premises, you as a consumer have the right to inform us within 14 days that you are withdrawing from the contract without having to give a reason for your decision. The deadline for withdrawing from the contract begins one day after the date of receipt of the ordered goods.
In any case, return the goods to us or hand them over without undue delay at the latest within 14 days from the day you notify us of withdrawal from the contract. You are considered to return the goods on time if you send them before the 14-day period for return (ZVPot).
Products must be unused, undamaged, with all original declarations or labels, in the original undamaged packaging and in the unchanged quantity.
EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS
Product exchange is not possible. If you want a different product, please make a repeat purchase.

In addition to the goods, enclose in the package the original/copy of the invoice and completed form for return of goods. Instead of the form you can also attach a statement from which it is clear that you withdraw from the contract. Prepare the goods for transport. Before handing it over to the courier service, protect it properly so that the contents are not damaged during transport.
SEND PACKAGE
Send the package to the address: MEDIATIS, d.o.o., Vodnikova cesta 130, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. The only cost you incur when withdrawing from the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods. We do not accept ransom shipments or shipments that do not comply with our general terms and conditions. Returned goods must be sent by a courier service that enables tracking of the package. We are not responsible for a package that is lost or damaged during delivery. In case of damage or loss of the package, contact the courier service with which you sent the package. You can also return the goods in person at our company headquarters: MEDIATIS, d.o.o., Vodnikova cesta 130, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. In addition, have a completed return form and an original/copy of the invoice.
OVERVIEW OF GOODS
Products must be unused, undamaged, with all original declarations or labels, in the original undamaged packaging and in an unchanged quantity. If during the inspection we find that the article does not meet all the criteria listed above, we can refuse to withdraw from the contract. We will inform you about the matter via e-mail. Based on the agreement with you, we can send the goods back at your expense. If the subject of the return is a product purchased as a set, all pieces of the set (cards, jersey, shirts, etc.) must be returned. We are not responsible for goods that you return to us by mistake; but we can send it back to you at your expense. You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling that is not necessary and found to be inconsistent with the nature, characteristics and performance of the goods. In exceptional cases, when the items are not returned in accordance with ZVPot, we can offer you the purchase of the goods with the appropriate compensation, which we determine at the time of return. The discounted purchase is taken into account upon your email confirmation.
REFUND OF PURCHASE FEE
We refund the purchase price as soon as possible, at the latest within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The refund of received payments can be withheld until we receive the returned goods. We will make such refund using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise in written communication with us. In the case of cash on delivery, the purchase price will be returned to your bank account, so be sure to also fill in your TRR information on the refund form.
TERMS OF REFUND:
• If you are returning the entire order, you will receive a full refund. If you have chosen the payment method cash on delivery, you will not be reimbursed for the extra charge on the redemption shipment in the amount of EUR 2.44; refunds the purchase price only for the goods that you return. We do not refund the cost of delivery and the surcharge on the redemption shipment in the amount of EUR 2.44;
• if you placed an order with a total value of more than EUR 100, you are entitled to the benefit of free delivery. If you return a product that causes the value of the order to fall below EUR 100, we will charge you the delivery cost and deduct it from the refund. We do not refund the 2.44 EUR surcharge on the redemption shipment;
• in the event that you received a free product as a gift in addition to the ordered goods and you are returning the entire order, you are also obliged to return the free product;
• likewise you are obliged to return a free product if there is a campaign in our online store, e.g.: "when you order over XY EUR, you receive a free product", and you return part of the order, but at the same time the value of the order falls below XY EUR.
• WHEN A REFUND IS NOT POSSIBLE
Under the stated conditions, you cannot return the ordered goods in the following cases:
• if it is a delivery of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g. underwear, face masks);< br /> • for machines, appliances, computer equipment, audio and video recordings and computer programs, if you have already opened the security seal and taken the goods out of the original packaging;
• if it is a delivery of books;
• if the product is made according to the consumer's instructions and adapted to your needs (e.g. a product with any printing or another personalized product); cartridges, toners and other consumables, drinks, food...).
Exceptionally, we only grant returns if the original packaging or security seal has not been opened.
